A. JENIS PAKAIAN DAN RUPA DIRI
A. TYPE OF ATTIRE/ CLOTHING AND GROOMING POLICY
1.0 Graduan Lelaki
1.0 Male Graduands
1.1 Pakaian
1.1 Dress Code
1.1.1 Graduan dimestikan memakai ‘Lounge Suit’ warna hitam/biru gelap beserta tali leher/Baju Melayu Cekak Musang berwarna HITAM dan bersamping gelap.
1.1.1 It is COMPULSORY for all male graduates to wear a black/dark blue *Lounge Suit with a black coloured tie or black Baju Melayu (cekak musang) with dark-coloured samping.
1.1.2 Kasut jenis kasut formal (pejabat) berwarna hitam serta berstokin warna hitam.
1.1.2 It is COMPULSORY for all graduates to wear a pair of formal black coloured covered shoes with black coloured socks.
1.1.3 Pakaian graduan mestilah bersesuaian dengan etika berpakaian majlis rasmi sepertimana yang ditetapkan oleh Universiti.
1.1.3 It is compulsory for all graduands to dress in formal and appropriate attire in accordance with the dress code stipulated by the University.
1.2 Rupa Diri
1.2 Grooming Policy
Graduan lelaki hendaklah berambut pendek dan kemas serta tidak mencecah kolar baju. Graduan berambut panjang DILARANG menyertai Majlis Konvokesyen.
Graduates are REQUIRED to keep their hair short and neat and with a length that does not reach the collar of the shirt. The University has the right to bar male graduands from joining the Convocation Ceremony should their hair be longer than the required length.

2.1 Pakaian
2.1 Dress Code
2.1.1 Graduan wanita hendaklah berpakaian sopan dan bersesuaian dengan majlis rasmi berdasarkan kriteria berikut :-
2.1.1 All female graduands should dress decently and abide by the official ceremony dress code as listed below:
- Kain/Seluar dengan kadar labuh dan longgar sehingga menutupi bahagian buku lali.
-The length of the skirt/trousers should be loose and cover the ankle.
- Baju berlengan panjang hingga ke pergelangan tangan dengan kancing rapi atau berbutang
-The long sleeves shirt (reaching the wrists) and be neatly buttoned.
Baju hendaklah menutupi bahagian hadapan dan belakang pangkal leher.
-The shirt should cover any part of the body below the neck.
2.1.2 Kasut berwarna HITAM dan bertutup penuh (court shoes) berwarna hitam serta berstokin warna hitam/coklat cair.
2.1.2 It is COMPULSORY for all graduates to wear a pair of formal black coloured court shoes with black/light brown coloured socks.
2.1.3 Pakaian graduan mestilah bersesuaian dengan etika berpakaian majlis rasmi sepertimana yang ditetapkan oleh Universiti dan tidak menjolok mata.
2.1.3 It is compulsory for all graduands to dress in a modest, formal and appropriate attire in accordance with the dress code stipulated by the University.
2.2 Rupa Diri
2.2 Grooming Policy
Graduan wanita tidak memakai tudung dan berambut panjang HENDAKLAH mengikat rambut agar kelihatan rapi dan kemas.
Graduands without the hijabs/scarves need to ensure that their hair is neatly tied up or groomed in such a way as to look well-groomed.
B. LARANGAN JENIS PAKAIAN DAN RUPA DIRI
B. DRESS CODE AND GROOMING POLICY PROHIBITIONS
1.0 Graduan Lelaki
1.0 Male Graduands
1.1 Memakai Tali Leher Bow (Bow Tie).
1.1. Wearing a bow tie.
1.2 Kasut bukan jenis kasut pejabat berwarna selain hitam, kasut safety boot, kasut sukan, kasut jenis plastik atau kain dan tidak memakai stokin berwarna hitam atau gelap.
1.2 Any casual shoes, safety boots, sports shoes, plastic or canvas shoes other than dark-coloured formal shoes, and not wearing socks other than plain black or dark-coloured socks.
1.3 Baju kemeja lengan pendek, kemeja T Shirt Polo, tidak memakai tali leher dan memakai seluar jeans, slack jeans, khakis atau jenis seluar bukan formal bagi majlis rasmi.
1.3 Wearing short sleeves / sleeveless shirt, Polo T-shirt, jeans or slack jeans, khakis or any casual pants during the official ceremony.
1.4 Memakai subang telinga, rantai leher atau bangle.
1.4 Wearing ear studs, necklace or bangle.
2.0 Graduan Wanita
2.0 Female Graduands
2.1 Memakai seluar jenis slack jeans, jeans, legging ataupun yang seumpamanya yang tidak sesuai dalam majlis rasmi.
2.1 Graduands are NOT ALLOWED to wear jeans or slack jeans, leggings, khakis or any casual pants during the official ceremony.
2.2 Pakaian berwarna yang tidak digalakkan;Biru Diraja, Kuning Diraja, Putih sedondon dan baju jenis Songket sedondon.
2.2 Graduands are NOT recommended to wear formal attire in the shade of Royal Blue, Royal Yellow or Coordinated Outfit in Songket or fully in white.
2.3 Kasut jenis tumit tinggi, sandal, jenis kain atau plastik, kasut sukan dan apa jua reka bentuk kasut yang tidak sesuai dalam majlis rasmi.
2.3 Graduands are NOT ALLOWED to wear high-heel type shoes, sandals, fabric or plastic-type, sports shoes and any kind of shoe that is not suitable for the formal ceremony.
