PERATURAN AM
PRIOR TO THE CONVOCATION CEREMONY

Istiadat Konvokesyen UTHM kali ke-22 akan diadakan pada tarikh 3 sehingga 8 Disember 2022.
Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia 22nd Convocation Ceremony shall be conducted from Dec 3rd 2022 to Dec 8th, 2022.

1.1 Graduan DIMESTIKAN membuat PENGESAHAN KEHADIRAN melalui Portal rasmi Konvokesyen di laman sesawang UTHM (e-konvo) selewat-lewatnya TIGA 3 hari sebelum Istiadat Konvokesyen yang telah ditetapkan oleh Universiti.
1.1 It is COMPULSORY for all Graduates to CONFIRM THEIR ATTENDANCE to the Convocation Ceremony via the Official Convocation Portal no later than THREE (3) days before the date of the Convocation Ceremony.

1.2 Graduan akan dikenakan caj kehadiran yuran konvokesyen mengikut pilihan status kehadiran.
1.2 All Graduates will be charged with the convocation fees according to attendance status options.

1.3 Graduan DIMESTIKAN menyelesaikan semua hutang pengajian dan apa-apa bayaran yang berkaitan termasuk yuran konvokesyen melalui e-payment.
1.3 It is COMPULSORY for all Graduates to ensure that there are NO OUTSTANDING PAYMENT in the student account including the charges for convocation. Any outstanding payment should be made via e-payment.

1.4 Graduan DIMESTIKAN mengisi soal selidik berikut :
1.4 It is COMPULSORY for all Graduates to answer the following surveys :  

1.5 Graduan DIMESTIKAN mencetak dan membawa surat jemputan graduan dan borang pinjaman set pakaian konvokesyen semasa berurusan berkaitan dengan konvokesyen.
1.5 It is COMPULSORY for all Graduates to provide the printed version of the Graduation Invitation Letter and Academic Attire Rental Form to resolve any enquiries regarding the Convocation Ceremony. 

1.6 Graduan yang telah membuat pengesahan kehadiran hendaklah mengambil set pakaian konvokesyen di Aras Bawah, Dewan Peperiksaan (Blok F2).
1.6 Graduates who have confirmed their attendance to the Convocation Ceremony can collect their Rented Academic Attire in the Examination Hall, Ground Floor (Block F2).

1.7 Graduan DIMESTIKAN mematuhi jadual waktu pengambilan set pakaian konvokesyen yang ditetapkan seperti berikut:

1.8 Graduan DIMESTIKAN menghadiri sesi raptai penuh yang dijadual pada 2 Disember 2022 (Jumaat), jam 2.30 petang. 1.8 Graduan dimestikan memakai pakaian sopan sepertimana yang ditetapkan oleh Universiti.
1.8 It is COMPULSORY for all Graduates to attend a full rehearsal on December 2nd, 2022 (Friday), 2.30 pm. Please adhere to the dress code stipulated by the University.

1.9 Graduan DIGALAKKAN untuk menonton video Tatacara Pemakaian Set Pakaian Konvokesyen & Etika Di Atas Pentas.
*Video akan dimuat naik kemudian.
1.9 It is COMPULSORY for all Graduates to watch the briefing session video on the procedure in wearing the Academic Attire and the ethics whilst being on stage during the Convocation Ceremony.

2.0 SEMASA ISTIADAT KONVOKESYEN
2.0 DURING THE CONVOCATION CEREMONY

2.1 Graduan dimestikan hadir 30 minit sebelum kaunter pendaftaran dibuka dengan membawa surat jemputan graduan semasa pendaftaran. Graduan akan menerima nombor giliran dan kad RFID semasa pendaftaran.
2.1 Graduates should arrive in Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia no later than 30 minutes before the Convocation Ceremony commences. It is COMPULSORY for all Graduates to bring together the printed version of the Convocation Invitation Letter during the registration process. Graduates are advised to ensure that they were provided with the queue number and a RFID card during the registration process.

2.2 Sesi pendaftaran akan dibuka seperti jadual berikut :

3.3 Graduan DIMESTIKAN memakai set pakaian konvokesyen lengkap sebelum membuat pendaftaran. 
3.3 It is COMPULSORY for all graduates to wear the FULL SET OF ACADEMIC ATTIRE during the Convocation Ceremony Registration Process.

3.4 Ibu / bapa / pengiring adalah TIDAK DIBENARKAN mengiringi graduan ketika berurusan di kaunter pendaftaran.
3.4 Graduates’ parents / guardians NOT ALLOWED to accompany them during the registration process.

3.5 Graduan DIMESTIKAN mengambil tempat duduk mengikut nombor giliran yang ditetapkan.
3.5 Graduates SHALL be seated accordingly according to the assigned queue number.

3.6 Graduan DILARANG membawa masuk barang-barang persendirian (beg tangan, kamera, telefon bimbit, tablet atau pelbagai peralatan teknologi maklumat (gadjet) dan makanan serta minuman. UNIVERSITI berhak menahan barang-barang tersebut dan tidak bertanggungjawab keatas keselamatan barang-barang persendirian tersebut.
3.6 Graduates are NOT ALLOWED to bring any personal items (handbag, camera, mobile phone, tablet/iPad or any communication devices, food and drinks) inside the Convocation Hall. The University RESERVE THE RIGHT to withhold the items and shall not be responsible for any damage or mislaid of the items.

3.7 Ketika majlis sedang berlangsung, graduan dan para jemputan hendaklah menghormati keharmonian perjalanan majlis dan terus berada di tempat duduk sepanjang majlis.
3.7 Graduates and guests are required to respect the seriousness of the Convocation Ceremony by behaving appropriately; not making noise and be seated at all times while the Convocation Ceremony is in progress.

4.0 SELEPAS ISTIADAT KONVOKESYEN
4.0 POST-CONVOCATION CEREMONY

4.1 Kaunter Pemulangan set pakaian konvokesyen akan dibuka di Dewan Peperiksaan, F2 Aras Bawah. Kaunter pemulangan Set Pakaian Konvokesyen akan dibuka mulai 3 HINGGA 12 DISEMBER 2022.
4.1 The returning counter will be open at Examination Hall, Ground Floor (Block F2). The counter will be open starting on DECEMBER 3rd UNTIL DECEMBER 12th, 2022.

4.2 Graduan perlu mengemukakan surat jemputan graduan semasa pemulangan Set Pakaian Konvokesyen.
4.2 It is COMPULSORY for all Graduates to provide the printed version of the Graduation Invitation Letter while returning the rented Academic Attire.

4.3 Graduan yang GAGAL membuat pemulangan set pakaian konvokesyen selepas tarikh peminjaman yang telah ditetapkan, caj pemulangan lewat akan dikenakan sebanyak RM20.00 sehari termasuk hari cuti/kelepasan am.
4.3 Graduates who FAIL to return their convocation attire after the said borrowing date, a late return of RM20.00 per day will be charged including public holidays.

4.4 Pihak universiti BERHAK untuk mengambil apa-apa tindakan undang-undang sekiranya graduan gagal mematuhi Peraturan Peminjaman Dan Pemulangan Set Pakaian Konvokesyen yang telah ditetapkan.
4.4 Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia RESERVE THE RIGHT to impose charges and/or pursue legal action as a compensation for the loss/ damage of the Academic Attire or any breach of the terms and conditions for Academic Attire rental.

4.5 Graduan akan dikenakan bayaran ganti rugi set pakaian konvokesyen sekiranya ROSAK atau HILANG.
4.5 Graduates will be imposed a compensation in the event for LOSS or DAMAGE of the convocation attire.

5.0 GRADUAN STATUS KELAINAN UPAYA

GRADUATES WITH DISABILITIES STATUS

5.1 Graduan berstatus Orang Kelainan Upaya (OKU) yang berkeadaan cacat anggota kaki atau menyukarkan pergerakan adalah disarankan untuk membawa kerusi roda milik persendirian. Sila berhubung dengan Petugas Konvokesyen sekiranya memerlukan bantuan ketika sesi pendaftaran dan sepanjang istiadat berlangsung.
5.1 Graduates with disability status (particularly with limb deformities) are strongly advised to bring their own wheelchair during the Convocation Ceremony.  Graduates should get in touch with the Convocation Officers from Office of Academic Management (AMO) during the registration process should they need assistance with this issue.

6.0 KUASA UNIVERSITI
6.0 UNIVERSITY’S AUTHORITY

Graduan yang tidak mematuhi syarat dan peraturan yang dinyatakan di atas TIDAK DIBENARKAN untuk menyertai Istiadat Konvokesyen ini.
Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia reserves the right to PROSCRIBED graduates from participating in the Convocation Ceremony should they breach any terms and regulations of the ceremony.

7.1 Graduan boleh melayari portal rasmi konvokesyen untuk mendapatkan maklumat terkini.
7.1 Information on the UTHM 22nd Convocation Ceremony shall be frequently updated on our Official Convocation Portal.
