SEBELUM ISTIADAT KONVOKESYEN / PRE-CONVOCATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduan dikehendaki untuk mengemaskini maklumat dan profil di dalam SMAP Online (jika ada perubahan).
   Maklumat ini akan digunakan di dalam semua dokumen pengijazahan.
   Graduates are required to update their information and profile in SMAP Online (if applicable only).
   This information will be used in all graduation documents.

1. Graduan dikehendaki menyemak status tunggakan kewangan melalui SMAP secara atas talian.
   Graduates are required to check their outstanding balances through SMAP Online.
   
   
2. Semua bayaran dikehendaki dibuat melalui Portal ePayment UTHM di https://epayment.uthm.edu.my/ menggunakan
   FPX, kad debit, atau kad kredit (VISA/Mastercard).
   All payments are required to be made via the UTHM ePayment Portal at https://epayment.uthm.edu.my/ using
   FPX, debit card, or credit card (VISA/Mastercard).
   
   
3. Graduan yang mempunyai tunggakan kewangan tidak akan dibenarkan menyertai Istiadat Konvokesyen.
   Graduates with outstanding debts will not be permitted to participate in the Convocation Ceremony.

Graduan dikehendaki untuk menyelesaikan perkara-perkara berikut sebelum mengambil set pakaian konvokesyen:
Graduands are required to complete the following matters before collecting the convocation attire:

1. Pendaftaran Sistem Maklumat Alumni (SisMA)
   Alumni Information System (SisMA) Registration

2. Pendaftaran Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia (BEM)

3. Melengkapkan Sistem Kajian Pengesanan Graduan (SKPG2025)
   Completion of the Graduate Tracer Study System (SKPG 2025)

Yuran konvokesyen akan dikenakan kepada semua graduan mengikut status kehadiran dan peringkat pengajian seperti berikut:
Convocation fees shall be imposed on all graduands based on their attendance status and level of study as follows:

Graduan yang telah mengambil Sijil dan Transkrip Akademik sebelum Istiadat Konvokesyen dan berhasrat untuk menyertai Istiadat Konvokesyen akan dikenakan yuran seperti berikut:
Graduands who have collected their Academic Certificate and Transcript prior to the Convocation Ceremony and intend to participate in the Convocation shall be subject to the following fees:

Deposit pakaian konvokesyen akan dipulangkan dalam tempoh empat belas (14) hari selepas pemulangan pakaian dalam keadaan baik. 
The convocation attire deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after the attire is returned in good condition.

Graduan layak mendapat pengecualian deposit jika mengemukakan Sijil Akademik asal sebagai cagaran semasa mengambil pakaian konvokesyen. Graduan yang memilih untuk tidak hadir ke Istiadat Konvokesyen tidak akan dikenakan yuran konvokesyen.
Graduands are eligible for a deposit waiver upon presenting the original Academic Certificate as a guarantee during the collection of the convocation attire. Graduands who opt not to attend the Convocation Ceremony will not be required to pay the convocation fee.

Graduan dikehendaki membuat pengesahan kehadiran melalui Sistem eGraduan di https://graduan.uthm.edu.my/ antara 3 November 2025 hingga 1 Disember 2025.
All graduands are required to confirm their attendance through the eGraduan System at https://graduan.uthm.edu.my/ between 3 November 2025 and 1 December 2025.

Setelah pengesahan dilakukan, graduan dikehendaki memuat turun dan mencetak Surat Jemputan Rasmi Istiadat Konvokesyen serta Slip Konvokesyen.
After the verification has been completed, graduates are required to download and print the Official Convocation Invitation Letter and the Convocation Slip.

1. Graduan yang ingin membeli pakaian konvokesyen sebagai simpanan peribadi dikehendaki membuat permohonan di kaunter yang telah ditetapkan semasa tempoh pengambilan set pakaian konvokesyen.
   Graduates who wish to purchase convocation attire for personal possession are required to submit an application at the designated counter during the convocation
   attire collection period.
   
   
2. Harga pembelian set pakaian konvokesyen adalah seperti berikut:
   The purchase price of the convocation attire set is as follows:

Pakaian akademik yang dibeli adalah hak milik kekal graduan dan tidak dibenarkan dipulangkan atau ditukar selepas pembelian dibuat.
Academic attire purchased becomes the permanent property of the graduate and will not be permitted to be returned or exchanged after purchase.
