SEBELUM ISTIADAT KONVOKESYEN / PRE-CONVOCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Graduan dikehendaki mengemas kini maklumat dan profil di SMAP Online jika terdapat perubahan.
  Maklumat ini akan digunakan dalam semua dokumen pengijazahan.
  Graduates are required to update their information and profile in SMAP Online, if there are any changes.
  This information will be used in all graduation documents.

• Graduan dikehendaki menyemak status tunggakan kewangan melalui SMAP Online.
  Graduates are required to check their outstanding balances through SMAP Online.
  
  
• Semua bayaran hendaklah dibuat melalui Portal ePayment UTHM menggunakan FPX, kad debit atau kad kredit (VISA/Mastercard).
  All payments must be made via the UTHM ePayment Portal using FPX, debit cards, or credit cards (VISA/Mastercard).
  
  
• Graduan yang mempunyai tunggakan kewangan tidak akan dibenarkan menyertai Istiadat Konvokesyen.
  Graduates with outstanding financial obligations will not be permitted to participate in the Convocation Ceremony.

• Graduan dikehendaki melengkapkan perkara-perkara berikut sebelum mengambil set pakaian konvokesyen:

• Yuran konvokesyen akan dikenakan kepada semua graduan berdasarkan status kehadiran dan peringkat pengajian seperti berikut:
  Convocation fees shall be charged to all graduands based on their attendance status and level of study as follows:

• Graduan WAJIB membuat pengesahan kehadiran melalui Sistem eGraduan di https://graduan.uthm.edu.my serta memuat turun Surat Jemputan Rasmi dan Slip Pengambilan Jubah.
  Graduands MUST confirm their attendance via the eGraduan System at https://graduan.uthm.edu.my and download the Official Invitation Letter and Robe Collection Slip.

• Graduan yang ingin membeli set pakaian konvokesyen untuk simpanan peribadi dikehendaki membuat permohonan di kaunter yang ditetapkan semasa tempoh pengambilan set pakaian konvokesyen.
  Graduates who wish to purchase convocation attire for personal possession are required to submit an application at the designated counter during the convocation attire collection period.
  
  
• Harga pembelian set pakaian konvokesyen adalah seperti berikut:
  The purchase price of the convocation attire set is as follows:

• Pakaian akademik yang dibeli menjadi hak milik kekal graduan dan tidak boleh dipulangkan atau ditukar selepas pembelian dibuat.
  Purchased academic attire becomes the permanent property of the graduate and cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
