SELEPAS ISTIADAT / AFTER THE CEREMONY
Graduan yang gagal memulangkan Set Pakaian Konvokesyen selepas tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Universiti dikehendaki membayar denda sebanyak RM50.00 bagi setiap hari kelewatan, termasuk hari cuti hujung minggu dan hari kelepasan am.
Graduands who fail to return the Convocation Attire Set after the date specified by the University are required to pay a late return penalty of RM50.00 for each day of delay, including weekends and public holidays.
Kegagalan menjelaskan denda ini boleh mengakibatkan penangguhan pengeluaran Sijil Akademik dan Transkrip sehingga bayaran diselesaikan sepenuhnya.
Failure to settle this penalty may result in the withholding of the Academic Certificate and Transcript until full payment has been made.
- Graduan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap sebarang pertukaran, pengubahsuaian, kerosakan atau kehilangan Set Pakaian Konvokesyen.
Graduands shall be held fully and strictly liable for any exchange, alteration, damage, or loss of the Convocation Attire Set. - Sekiranya berlaku kehilangan atau kerosakan, graduan diwajibkan membayar caj ganti rugi pada kadar yang ditetapkan oleh Universiti seperti yang dinyatakan dalam jadual di bawah.
In the event of loss or damage, graduands are required to pay compensation charges at the rates determined by the University, as stated in the table below.

- Semua caj ganti rugi bagi Set Pakaian Konvokesyen yang hilang atau rosak hendaklah dibayar sepenuhnya.
All replacement charges for lost or damaged Convocation Attire Sets shall be paid in full. - Pihak Universiti BERHAK untuk mengambil apa-apa tindakan undang-undang, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada prosiding sivil atau tuntutan gantirugi, sekiranya graduan gagal mematuhi mana-mana Peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Universiti.
The University reserves the right to institute legal action, including but not limited to civil proceedings or claims for damages, in the event that graduands fail to comply with any of the Rules prescribed by the University.
- Jadual rasmi bagi pengambilan Sijil Akademik dan Transkrip adalah sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh pihak Universiti (rujuk jadual di bawah).
The official schedule for the return of the Convocation Attire and the collection of the Academic Certificate and Transcript shall be determined by the University (refer to the table below).

- Transkrip Akademik dan Sijil hanya boleh dituntut di Bangunan Peperiksaan F2 (Aras Satu) selepas tamat sidang Istiadat Konvokesyen dan setelah Set Pakaian Konvokesyen dipulangkan sepenuhnya, atau melalui penghantaran pos sekiranya graduan memilih kaedah tersebut.
The Academic Certificate and Transcript may only be collected at Examination Building F2 (First Floor) after the official adjournment of the Convocation Ceremony session and upon the full return of the Convocation Attire Set, or by postal delivery if such method is selected by the graduand. - Pilihan kaedah tuntutan Sijil dan Transkrip Akademik hendaklah dibuat semasa proses pengesahan kehadiran. Graduan yang memilih kaedah penghantaran melalui pos adalah tertakluk kepada caj pengurusan pos yang ditetapkan oleh pihak Universiti.
The preferred method of collecting the Academic Certificate and Transcript shall be determined during the attendance confirmation process. Graduands who opt for postal delivery shall be subject to the postal handling fee as prescribed by the University. - Graduan dikehendaki menuntut Sijil dan Transkrip Akademik dalam tempoh sembilan puluh (90) hari daripada tarikh penangguhan rasmi sidang Istiadat Konvokesyen. Pihak Universiti tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau dipertanggungjawabkan atas sebarang kerosakan, kehilangan, atau apa-apa perkara lain yang berpunca daripada kelewatan tuntutan selepas tempoh tersebut.
Graduands are required to collect their Academic Certificate and Transcript within ninety (90) days from the date of the official adjournment of the Convocation Ceremony session. The University shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or other consequences arising from delayed collection beyond this period. - Graduan boleh mewakilkan individu lain untuk tujuan pengambilan Sijil Akademik dan Transkrip, dengan mengisi borang kebenaran wakil di pautan berikut:

- Graduan yang telah memberi maklum balas untuk TIDAK MENGHADIRI Istiadat Konvokesyen Ke-25 dan berhasrat untuk mengambil sendiri Sijil serta Transkrip Akademik, HANYA DIBENARKAN berbuat demikian selepas tamat sidang program masing-masing.
Graduands who have declared their NON-ATTENDANCE at the 25th Convocation Ceremony and intend to collect their Academic Certificate and Transcript in person shall ONLY BE PERMITTED to do so after the end of their respective session. - Graduan atau wakil graduan HANYA DIBENARKAN mengambil Sijil dan Transkrip Akademik sekiranya memenuhi syarat di bawah:
Graduands or their duly appointed representatives shall ONLY BE PERMITTED to collect the Academic Certificate and Transcript upon full compliance with all conditions listed below:

Graduan diwajibkan untuk melengkapkan Kajian Pengesanan Graduan (SKPG).
Graduands are required to complete the Graduate Tracer Study (SKPG). -
Graduan diwajibkan untuk melengkapkan Sistem Maklumat Alumni (SisMA).
Graduands are required to complete the Alumni Information System (SisMA). -
Graduan daripada program berkaitan adalah diwajibkan untuk melengkapkan pendaftaran Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia (BEM).
Graduands from relevant programmes are required to complete the registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). -
Graduan hendaklah memulangkan Set Pakaian Konvokesyen dalam keadaan baik dan mengikut tempoh masa yang ditetapkan.
Graduands are required to return the Convocation Attire Set in good condition and within the prescribed timeframe. -
Graduan mestilah bebas daripada sebarang hutang atau tunggakan kewangan dengan pihak Universiti.
Graduands must be free from any outstanding debts or financial obligations to the University. -
Graduan hendaklah memulangkan semua buku atau bahan bacaan yang dipinjam daripada Perpustakaan Tunku Tun Aminah (jika berkenaan).
Graduands are required to return all borrowed books or materials to the Tunku Tun Aminah Library, if applicable.
- Graduan dibenarkan membuat permohonan pengeposan Sijil dan Transkrip Akademik melalui Sistem eGraduan ketika mengesahkan kehadiran ke Istiadat Konvokesyen
Graduands are allowed to apply for the postal delivery of their Academic Certificate and Transcript through the eGraduan System when confirming their attendance for the Convocation Ceremony. - Graduan dikehendaki mengemas kini dan melengkapkan alamat terkini di dalam Sistem eGraduan semasa membuat pengesahan kehadiran ke Istiadat Konvokesyen. Maklumat ini diperlukan bagi tujuan pengeposan dokumen rasmi, dan pengeposan tidak akan dilaksanakan sekiranya keperluan ini tidak dipatuhi
Graduates are required to provide their current address in the eGraduan System when confirming attendance for the Convocation Ceremony. This information is necessary for the mailing of official documents, and the posting will not be carried out if this requirement is not fulfilled.. - Caj pengeposan sebanyak RM12.00 (Semenanjung) atau RM18.00 (Sabah dan Sarawak) akan dikenakan dan caj tersebut hendaklah dijelaskan sepenuhnya sebelum pengeposan dijalankan.
A postage fee of RM12.00 shall be imposed for addresses in Peninsular Malaysia and RM18.00 for Sabah and Sarawak. This fee MUST BE PAID IN FULL before the postal delivery is processed.
- Permohonan untuk pindaan maklumat peribadi graduan pada Sijil Akademik dan Transkrip Akademik akan dikenakan caj pindaan sebanyak RM300.00.
Applications for the amendment of graduands’ personal information on the Academic Certificate and Transcript shall be subject to a fee of RM300.00. - Caj pindaan ini hanya dikenakan sekiranya kesilapan tersebut berpunca daripada kecuaian graduan sendiri.
This amendment fee shall only be imposed if the error is due to the graduand’s own negligence.
