Distribution Of Invitation Cards

• Kad jemputan akan diberikan kepada graduan di Kaunter Pengambilan Set Pakaian Konvokesyen. Ibu bapa atau tetamu dikehendaki mendapatkan kad jemputan tersebut daripada graduan sebelum menghadiri Istiadat Konvokesyen.
  Invitation cards shall be issued to graduands at the Convocation Attire Collection Counter. Parents or guests are required to obtain the invitation cards from the graduands prior to attending the Convocation Ceremony.

• Kad Jemputan HENDAKLAH DITUNJUKKAN sebagai pas kebenaran masuk ke Dewan Konvokesyen. Ibu bapa atau tetamu yang tidak memiliki Kad Jemputan TIDAK DIBENARKAN MASUK ke dewan.
  The Invitation Card MUST BE PRESENTED as an Entry Pass to the Convocation Hall. Parents or guests who do not possess an Invitation Card WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER the hall.

• Setiap Kad Jemputan hanya sah untuk DUA (2) orang tetamu sahaja
  Each Invitation Card is valid for TWO (2) guests only.

• Kanak-kanak berumur 12 tahun dan ke bawah TIDAK DIBENARKAN memasuki dewan.
  Children aged 12 years and below shall not be permitted to enter the hall.

• Pihak Universiti akan menyediakan kemudahan siaran langsung di khemah utama bagi tetamu yang tidak berpeluang memasuki dewan.
  The University will provide a live broadcast facility at the main tent for guests who are unable to enter the hall.
